Plymouth, MI – You would be surprised at how much metal you
are exposed to in your body. You can pick it up from tap water, using the spa

doing. So I bought a package of Sun Chlorella and I didn’t think that small
amount would even do much of anything. It came in a little envelope about the
size of a breath mints package. I chewed the first couple like gum which is was
interesting to say the least. The taste was very chalky and green and it got
into my gums and my made my smile green. Keep in mind that I was desperate to
get my energy situation under control. I quickly realized that this approach
might have been a little too eager so I decided to swallow them like aspirin
after that.
The next day I eliminated a lot of waste and I had healthy
bowel movements. I noticed that after this my energy level started to get
better. I had no headaches after this and I started to feel “lighter”. I got
started to get a little more confident about this and I figured that I could
handle a bit more. I took more of them and kind of over did it.
You have to be careful about taking too much Chlorella
because you can detoxify too fast. I noticed that my eyes swelled up with water
and that my throat was filling up with phlegm. I was coughing up phlegm and I
was no longer comfortable. This lasted for about four days. I eased off after
that and I decided to space it out and study this a bit more.
I started to look at other forms of algae in the name of
heavy metal detoxification. This came in the form of spirulina and this came in
a powdered form. I had to mix this in some juice and slug it down. I liked that
idea of having clear headed thinking and getting more energy. I noticed that I
didn’t need any naps while I was doing this. My mood was clear too and I could
think better. I realized that I was really stepping off the grid here with all
of this detoxifying. Keep in mind that this was back in the mid-90’s and that I
had no guidance from the web or from books. I was relying on found information
and asking my health store a lot of questions.
